Meet & Greet

Hi Everyone!
Thanks for coming to F.AVE this afternoon for the Meet & Greet.  It was incredible to see so many families and smiling faces in room 227. :)  I am looking forward to a fun first day with our class tomorrow!

Fourth Grade Supply List

Hi Everyone! Please see below for a list of supplies for the fourth grade provided by the school. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me at dporter@csdecatur.net or just leave a comment below - thank you!

We are looking forward to seeing you back here at the Academy! Make sure you are
ready for school by bringing the following supplies:

• 2 packs sharpened #2 pencils
• 1 small handheld pencil sharpener
• 1 pack of Expo markers
• 2 packs wide ruled notebook paper
• 3 composition notebooks
• 1 pack of colored sharpies
• 3 packs of post-it notes
• 1 pack of 16 crayons
• 1 pack of Lysol/Clorox wipes
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 pack of facial tissues
• 1 bottle of hand sanitizer
• Earbuds or headphones for your child's individual use-label and put in plastic baggie

NOTES:

• Tissue, wipes and paper towel rolls will be requested again when we run out.
• Some of these items will be used communally. As such, please purchase generic versions of each item and do not label your child’s name on any item. Save specially decorated notebooks, folders, etc. for use at home.

TO KEEP AT HOME: You will need to have the following items available for use at
home: pencils, colored pencils/markers, ruler, protractor, paper.

SUPPLIES FOR MUSIC: New students to CSD bring $5 for a recorder (also applies to students who lost recorder issued last year)

MEDIA CENTER: We would love a donation of a box of facial tissues
